| 1) Can the Coffee table aquarium be used for Marine (saltwater) |
|
We would not advise customers to keep saltwater fish in the coffee table aquariums unless you have good experience with marine systems, because in a tank of this nature adding more equipment would look unsightly and deflect from its true look, and it would also takes a lot of maintenance. | 2) Do you see the electric cable, and is there only one wire |
|
Yes you do see the cable, and there is only one wire from the control panel. The only answer to this is to either install a plug under the aquarium or hide the wire from the side with a carpet mat.

| 3) Are they ready assembled |
|
Yes, the coffee table aquariums are already assembled, when delivered we unpack the system to reassure you of the quality, you will also receive an half hour comprehensive rundown on how the system works along with instructions on how to maintain your new aquarium.

| 4) Where are the filter pumps, heaters and lights situated |
|
The filter system consist of two pumps hidden in the aquarium legs on opposite sides and controls our unique undergravel filter system, the heater hangs on which side is best for you, it can be hidden at the side of the table leg, we find this way to be better for heat circulation around the tank. The lighting is made up of two T5 tubes, one blue and the other white and are situated on both sides of the aquarium at the top. (some models may include four which has the lights on all four sides)

| 5) Do you get condensation on the top glass |
|
No, the system is designed so the toughen glass top sits about 2” above the frame on special glass buffers that allows for an even air flow which prevents any condensation building up.

| 6) What are the tables and glass top made with |
|
The coffee table aquariums are made of the highest quality, most of the coffee tables are made of Acrylic, but with the black models this is surrounded with black beveled edge opaque glass which gives a stylish modern look that compliments most situations.
6a) For safety the glass tops are made of 10mm toughen glass that sits about 2” above the frame and are held in place between special glass buffers which is easily removed to gain access to the tank to carry out all servicing of parts and tank maintenance.

| 7) How does the filter system work |
|
The new advanced under gravel filtration system works from two pumps which are integrated into the aquarium and can be removed for servicing.

| 8) Can you use an air pump in this system |
|
Yes you can, but we do not advise this because it creates condensation at the top which can look unsightly and damage the lighting system, also they can be very noisy and where would you conceal it.

| 9) What colours do they come in |
|
Most come in three colours Silver, Beech and Rosewood but some also include Black to check this click the MORE DETAILS tab in the shopping cart.

| 10) How long is delivery |
|
From the date of payment or deposit, and if the product is in stock delivery is usually about 10 days. But depending on location most of the time we can deliver within one week.

| 11) Do you deliver outside the UK |
|
No, if you require this service Deliveries outside the UK, you the customer will have to arrange the pickup and delivery with your own shippers and unique aquarium designs will take NO Responsibility for any damaged products. You the customer will have to take full responsibility for your deliveries.

| 12) Does the cost include decoration |
|
No, decoration is an individual need so for this reason we do not include it in the price. We always advise customers to buy this from their local aquarium.

|

|

| 16) Are they any hidden extras |
|
There is not really any hidden cost because all the prices on the website includes delivery, but we do charge extra for deliveries to Scottish Mainland and Highlands see more details

| 17) What size are they and what volume of water do they hold |
|

| 18) How do I pay and can I use a credit card |
|
Yes our system accepts credit cards, but if you are un-sure about using your Credit Card on the internet for security reasons? All our payment processing is done by PayPal, the most secure payment method on the internet. With Paypal you don’t have to have a credit card, you can fund payments a number of other ways. For example you can link your Paypal account with your general Bank account and fund payments online by transferring small amounts of money back and forth whenever you wish to make a purchase. | 19) Can I rent the aquariums |
|
Yes, but we only maintain and supply rental systems in the Northwest mainly Liverpool and the surrounding areas, contact us for more details

| 20) What guarantee do they have |
|
Each product (coffee Table Tanks) carries a 12 months Manufactures Guarantee only on parts and labour (not including lights) After 12 months there is a small call out charge plus parts. This ensures your system is maintained in a good working order.
